Enchanted Morocco Tours Terms and Conditions
Terms and conditions are created to protect both you and Enchanted Morocco Tours. Should an unforeseen event prevent you from traveling with us all conditions are in place.
Reservations More Than 6 Months before Departure A 30% deposit of the total amount is required for the reservation The balance payment is due 30 days prior to your arrival in Morocco.
Reservations Less Than 6 Months before Departure A 50% deposit of the total amount is required for the reservation The balance payment is due 30 days prior to your arrival in Morocco.
- Cancellation Policy We must receive a document in writing to inform us about your cancellation.
- Cancellation more than 60 days prior to your arrival date to Morocco.
- Enchanted Morocco Tours will retain 30% of the total.
- Cancellation more than 30 days prior to your arrival date to Morocco.
- Enchanted Morocco Tours will retain 50% of the total.
- Cancellation less than 30 days prior to your arrival date to Morocco.
- Enchanted Morocco will retain 75% of the total. Cancellation less than 15 days prior to your arrival
- date to Morocco.
- Enchanted Morocco Tours will retain 100% of the total.
Changes to your booking:
Itinerary Changes While in Morocco Should you decide to deviate from your planned itinerary, while you are in Morocco, any additional expense resulting from any unscheduled changes must be paid directly to those providing the service. NO REFUND will be considered for unused, pre-booked accommodations.
Complaints Should you become dissatisfied with the accommodation or any other service provided by Enchanted Morocco Tours, the matter MUST be reported immediately to the organization concerned (Hotel Manager, Agents etc.) so that your concern can be addressed immediately and a remedied. Followings those steps your concern must be reported, in writing, to Enchanted Morocco Tours within 10 days of your return to your original origin of departure. Your expert guide/driver will be the acting assistant agent should an issue present itself while traveling around Morocco. Report any concerns to him immediately.
Cancellation or Delay of Aircraft or Other Transportation
Enchanted Morocco Tours will NOT accept liability for any additional cost, which you may incur as a result of delays or cancellation of domestic or international flights, or any other mode of transportation for any reason. We regret that it is not possible to recover the cost of unused, pre-booked accommodation or service. Any additional costs involved in such a delay are your (the client) responsibility. If a delay is caused by technical problems, the airline will typically provide airport meals and accommodations where necessary. In the event of bad weather conditions, strikes or traffic control etc., the airline usually will not offer any kind of compensation as the delay is outside of their control.
Responsibility Statement Enchanted Morocco Tours accepts responsibility for ensuring the vacation that you booked with us (land only), is delivered as outlined in your itinerary. Accommodation, private car, guide/driver who will maintain a high quality of service for all of our travelers for the duration of the trip, and airport transfers.
Travel Insurance Enchanted Morocco Tours will do everything possible to ensure your safety and satisfaction during your visit to Morocco, Enchanted Morocco Tours is not liable for any personal injury or loss that may incur while you are in Morocco. We highly recommend that you purchase travel insurance. Our customers are required to provide for themselves all necessary insurance against personal injury, loss, damage, theft, cancellation, delay etc. Please note that by sending Enchanted Morocco Tours your payment, you do agree to our terms and conditions without the signing of this contract.
